Meet Sandra

Sandra Littlejohn is a neurodivergent person, parent and professional. Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, Sandra and her husband raised three vastly different neurodivergent children to young adulthood in Central Texas. She understands the deep desires and challenges associated with feeling safe, heard, and connected in a world that doesn’t “get” us or our children. My educational background includes a Masters degree in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University with an emphasis on and experience with children and teenagers. Previously, she earned a Masters degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia with an emphasis on qualitative research methods. Her professional experiences concentrated on working with teenagers in residential and out-patient settings and provided crisis counseling, group counseling and individual therapy with an emphasis on goal setting and problem solving. She also taught parent education classes and facilitated group psycho-educational instruction for children and teens.
